Industrial Market Overview 2H 2025

The cumulative total supply in the Greater Jakarta area increased marginally by 0.4% from the previous period to 15,920 hectares in the second half of 2025. The largest share of existing industrial land supply remained at 65%,  primarily contributed by a combined areas of Bekasi and Karawang. On the other hand, the least portion of existing industrial land supply was recorded in Bogor-Cibinong, accounted for only 0.8%.
