Annual demand maintained its momentum despite slower land sales in the second half of 2024. Nearby developing areas in the eastern corridor continued to add new land supply.
The cumulative total supply in the Greater Jakarta area increased slightly by 0.8% from the previous period to 15,729 hectares in the second half of 2024. The largest share of existing industrial land supply at 65% was primarily contributed by a combined areas of Bekasi and Karawang. On the other hand, the least portion of existing industrial land supply was recorded in Bogor, accounted for only 1%.
