With added new supply anchored by the area of Purwakarta, the cumulative total supply in the Greater Jakarta area increased slightly by 0.6% in the first half of 2026, registering at 16,020 hectares. Both combined Bekasi and Karawang remained to contribute the largest share of existing industrial land supply at 64%. Conversely, the smallest portion of existing industrial land supply was accounted for only 2% located in the southern area of Bogor, Cibinong and Sukabumi.
