Winner Nusantara Jaya Expands to Hospitality Property Sector Through Collaboration with Artotel Grou

PT Winner Nusantara Jaya Tbk (WINR) to strengthen its recurring income by expanding to the hospitality property sector through a collaboration with Artotel Group to manage three new hotel projects in the premium locations in Batam City. The new hotels, including ROOMS INC Baloi Batam (3 stars), Artotel Casa Tiban Batam (4 stars), and Artotel Trans Barelang Batam (4 stars). In addition to the operating hotels, WINR is also accelerating two 4-star condotel projects with the set marketing sales reaching more than Rp540 billion with their completion planned in the next three years.
