Vastland Indonesia Records 98.2% Occupancy Rate

PT Vastland Indonesia Tbk (VAST) reported its lease warehouses’ occupancy rate reached 98.2% of the total Net Leasable Area (NLA) as of January 2026. In line with the continuing growth in occupancy rate and market demands, VAST accelerated its expansion in Sumatra by constructing a new warehouse with the total of 1,300 square meters floor area in Jambi. This warehouse is designed with modern facilities in a strategic location and is aimed to meet the needs of the growing businesses in sectors including trade, FMCG, and regional distributors.
