PT Graha Properti Sentosa (Vasanta Group) has started the development of the integrated tourism area of Mawatu in Batu Cermin Beach, Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Mawatu is a mixed-use tourism development that resides on a land area of approximately 12 hectares with the concept of integrated seafront tourism area. The project adopts “The New Seafront Town Center & Leisure Park of Labuan Bajo” theme and is the first and largest of its kind in Labuan Bajo.
