PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. (BSDE) reported a downtrend in land and building sales during the first half of 2025. Referring to its financial report, the consolidated Business Revenue was recorded at Rp6,39 trillion or corrected by 13.02% yoy from previously Rp7.34 trillion. However, with the Value Added Tax Borne by the Government (PPN DTP) 100% incentive, which was extended for the rest of 2025, sales are expected to increase in the second semester of 2025.
