PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo Tbk (URBN) adds new project of Jakarta River City (JRC). The project which resides on a 6-hectare land area in the MT Haryono Method, Cawang, East Jakarta is aimed to be the largest mixed-use project with the concept of TOD in Jakarta comprising eight apartment towers, one commercial area and one office tower. The project adopts the concept of green building and Internet of Things (IoT) technology and will start the marketing next year.
