The Sanctuary Collection, Sentul is the first residential to conduct VVIP unit preview service. This project is the joint venture between PT Cipta Harmoni Lestari, a subsidiary of Harita Group with Perennial Real Estate Holdings Limited and CNQC from Singapore. It also inaugurated a marketing office and four display houses from each type of 2-storey houses offered, comprising type 7A, &B, 8 and 10 with the initial price starting from Rp1.9 billion.
