Tanrise Property has appointed PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk. (Wika Gedung) to be the primary contractor for Kyo Society, a Japanese themed apartment project located at Jl. Raya Panjang Jiwo Permai. Previously, the foundation construction was completed in the end of January 2021 by PT Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk. (Indopora). For this project, Wika Gedung will work on the structure and architecture construction packages worth of Rp139 billion with an expected completion in 900 days.
