Surya Semesta Internusa Records Rp352.6 Billion in Marketing Sales as of September 2025

PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) recorded the total of 18 hectares in marketing sales worth Rp352.6 billion as of September 2025 from Suryacipta Karawang and Subang Smartpolitan’s landbank. This achievement declined by 87.35 annually from the total of 141.8 hectares or Rp1.74 trillion as of September 2024. Meanwhile, revenue from non-land grew by 4.7% yoy to Rp253.4 billion, driven by recurring income from the management of its estates and infrastructure related activities.
