PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) achieved Rp5.53 trillion in marketing sales, growing by 27% from the previous year and higher than the previously targeted Rp5 trillion. This performance also driven the revenue growth to Rp8.77 trillion with net profit reaching Rp1.20 trillion. The property development segment led with Rp5.51 trillion in revenue or 63% contribution to the total revenue. For 2026, SMRA has set its marketing sales target at Rp5.2 trillion.
