Strong Data center Demand Drives DMAS Land Sales

PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) recorded industrial land demand of 85 hectares, exceeding its 60-hectare land reserve as of June 2026, with around 70–75 percent of demand coming from the data center sector. H1 2026 pre-sales reached Rp1.15 trillion, or 55 percent of its Rp2.08 trillion annual target. Kota Deltamas is attractive to data center investors due to its proximity to Jakarta, low network latency, and captive power availability.
