PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk. (SSIA), through its subsidary PT Suryacipta Swadaya (Suryacipta) prepares the development of Subang Smartpolitan on a total land area of 2,700 hectares in Subang, West Java. The groundbreaking ceremony is planned to happen in November 2020. SSIA has received inquiries from both foreign and domestic investors, especially from the automotive industry, consumer goods, medical, health equipment and IT-based industry. This project will be an integrated development, comprising an industrial estate, commercial properties, residential clusters, entertainment venues and an education area.
