PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) to launch Subang Industrial Estate in July 2020. The land area developed reaches 250 hectares with 70% of the total to be developed as an industrial estate and the remaining for workers’ compounds. This year, SSIA aims to sell 20 hectares land area of 12.35% higher than the realization in 2019 of 17.8 hectares.
