S&P Holds Indonesia's Credit Rating at BBB with Stable Outlook

S&P Global Ratings has kept Indonesia’s credit ratings at BBB or at the investment grade for long term debt and A-2 for short term loan. In its announcement, S&P also kept Indonesia’s outlook at the stable level with the National Budget (APBN) deficit at 2.9% of the Gross Domestic Product in 2026 and 2027. While Indonesian government debt ratio was estimated at 40.6% for 2026 and to reach 40.7% in 2027.
