PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. to cooperate with Toyota Housing Crop Ltd. to develop a Japanese-styled residential in Karawang, West Java in two clusters in Summarecon Emerald Karawang with the total of 550 units. This month, the first cluster named Harumi Homes of 332 units has been officially launched. The available unit types include a one-story house, comprising Ume (5.5x10m) and Suisen (6.5x10m) and a two-story house, comprising Tsubaki (6x10m) and Sakura (7x10m) with prices starting from Rp535 million.
