Sinar Mas Land launched the second phase of the West Village Business Park in BSD City after the success from the first phase which was sold out only hours after the launch. The latest phase adopts the concept of “Prestigious and Modern Façade Design” which offers flexible rooms for various business sizes. The type offered comprises the standard building (shophouse) with sizes starting from 4.5x9 and 5x12 square meters and studio loft type with sizes starting from 6x12 and 9x12 square meters at prices starting from Rp2.7 billion to Rp9 billion.
