Sinar Mas Land Launches Grand City Samarinda, the First Township in East Kalimantan

Sinarmas Land officially launched Grand City Samarinda, the first township development in the capital of East Kalimantan. The project resides on a total land area of more than 70 hectares by integrating residential, commercial, and open green space functions by preserving three natural lakes in the area as water reservoirs, flood retention, and open spaces for the public. In its early development, Seine cluster is offered with more than 400 house units at prices starting from Rp900 million to Rp3 billion per unit for types including two to five bedrooms which are aimed at the middle and upper middle segments.
