Sinar Mas Land to hand over the first phase of Nuvasa Bay project in Batam to the unit owners in The Nove Residence since the end of 2019. The Nove Residence is the only exclusive resort-concepted residential in Batam residing on 228-hectare of land area in Nongsa, Batam. Not only that, Sinar Mas Land is also constructing a 9-story Kaina Tower Apartment with 172 available units. The topping-off ceremony will be planned in February 2020.
