Sinar Mas Land, through its PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk., collaborates with Mitbana Pte Ltd, a joint venture between Surbana Jurong and Mitsubishi Corporation, to develop a smart Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project in BSD City, South Tangerang, Banten. In line with the development, Mitbana will accelerate the development of residential, commercial and transportation on more than 100 hectares of total land area in BSD City.
