This optimism is supported with the achievement of approximately 72% realization of the targeted Rp10 trillion as of September 2025, and conducive funding conditions. However, Sinar Mas Land has not set its marketing sales target for 2026 and is waiting for a comprehensive evaluation on the market condition.
