Semarop Agung Increases Ownership on Summarecon Agung

PT Semarop Agung increased its shares ownership on PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) by accumulating 27.95 million shares through 18 transactions during a period from 2nd March to 7th April 2026. The purchasing prices ranged from Rp324 to Rp369 per share with the total transaction value reaching Rp9.54 billion. The aim of this purchase is to invest as the direct share owner.
