Savyavasa Luxury Apartment Starts the Unit Hand Over Process

Consortium between Swire Properties and Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional (JSI Group) has officially began the unit handover process for the Savyavasa luxury apartment in the Dharmawangsa area of South Jakarta. The process occurred amidst the strengthening trend of premium property market in South Jakarta. Residing on a total land area of 2.8 hectares with more than 70% of the area dedicated as green spaces and including the total of 402 units distributed among the three towers, the project records sold out for Tower 1 while the supply in Tower 2 and 3 constantly taken up.
