Saraswati Indoland Development Launches The Royal Alana Yogyakarta

PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk (SWID) launched The Royal Alana Yogyakarta and conducted the groundbreaking of INNSiDE by Meliá Yogyakarta ballroom. The Royal Alana Yogyakarta adds 219 new rooms to The Alana Yogyakarta 5-start hotel which currently operates 264 rooms. While INNSiDE by Meliá will increase its MICE capacity which is also expected to boost occupancy rate, average rate, and the hotel’s revenue, as well as strengthen the recurring income and SWID’s hospitality portfolio value.
