Sahid Hotels & Resorts Adds Four-Star Resort in Pangandaran to Its Portfolio

Sahid Hotels & Resorts has expanded its portfolio by managing De Auraya Villas, a Rp70 billion four-star resort in Pangandaran. The development comprises 152 rooms and villas supported by facilities aimed at leisure and MICE markets. A soft opening is planned for December 2026, while villas are being marketed from Rp1.8 billion with rental income potential. The company expects improving accessibility and infrastructure to support tourism growth in the area.
