Rp88 Trillion AI Data Centre Investment Flows into Batam

Nongsa Area in Batam, Riau Islands, has secured Rp88 trillion in investment for the development of an AI Data Centre with the aim to secure Batam’s position as the center of Indonesian digital economy center. In line with this event, the Ministry of Transmigration will provide support for the required industrial workers through a number of capacity, skill, and discipline training programs to strengthen the integrity of potential workers to ensure the investment to not only drive economic growth but also provide direct impact to the public.
