The Coordinating Board of Investment (BKPM) will implement the risk based Online Single Submission (OSS) the standard for business permits on 2 June 2021. In the Government Regulation Number 5 year 2021 regarding Risk Based Business Permit Application, the OSS system is divided into three subsystems comprising information service subsystem, business permits subsystem, and monitoring subsystem which are the single standard for central government, regional government and business participants.
