RISE Expands Integrated Township Project in Bandung

PT Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk (RISE), through Tanrise, is expanding into West Java with a 26-hectare integrated township in East Bandung, with an estimated land value exceeding Rp1 trillion. The project will combine residential and commercial components under a community-based development concept. Initial construction is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2026, focusing on housing and key commercial areas. The expansion supports RISE's strategy to achieve double-digit growth while diversifying into hospitality, MICE, industrial, and logistics sectors.
