As of the first quarter of 2021, PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk. (TOTL) achieved Rp89 billion worth of new contracts from the development of hotels and office towers. This achievement is equal to 5.9% of the targeted new contract for 2021 of Rp1.5 trillion. TOTL has allocated Rp3 billion in capital expenditure from internal funding for its operational necessities and as of the first quarter of 2021, it has realized Rp130 million.
