Property Loan Grows 17.3% YoY as of May 2026

The Bank of Indonesia recorded the property loan grew by 7,2% yoy to Rp,1,690.8 trillion as of May 2026, slowing from 17.5% yoy in the previously month. Based on segmentation, the real estate segment recorded 14.5% yoy growth to Rp272.5 trillion from 13.9% yoy. Meanwhile, home and apartment loan segment grew slower at 4.7% to Rp847.9 trillion from 4.8% in the previous month. Moreover, the construction loan grew by 44.6% to Rp570.5 trillion from 46% yoy in the previous month.
