Property investment realization declined by 11% to Rp32.14 trillion in the January-March 2022 period. The realization comprised housing, industrial estate, office, hotel and restaurant sectors. According to data from the Ministry of Investment/Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), the decline was driven by the decline in domestic property investment which by the end of March 2022 was recorded at Rp22.46 trillion or declining by 18% from the same period last year.
