Data from Bank of Indonesia (BI) recorded the property loan growth as of May 2025 reached 5.9% annually (yoy), similar with the growth in March 2025. In April 2025, the growth rate was recorded at 6.1% yoy. Based on value, May 2025 property loan was recorded at Rp1,442.5 trillion, while in April 2025 it was recorded at Rp1,434 trillion. Meanwhile, the construction loan in April 2025 recorded with 0.6% yoy growth and 1.5% yoy in May 2025.
