A number of property companies recorded declining sales revenues, including PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) who recorded Rp100 billion in marketing sales during the May-June period or Rp1.1 trillion since the beginning of 2020 or 50% lower than the same period last year. PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) achieved Rp2 trillion in the first semester of 2020 or 16% lower than the same period last year. With the current condition, property companies plan to revise their target for this year while observing the market situation.
