PT PP Properti Tbk. is developing the Grand Kamala Lagoon area on a 28-hectare land area with the concept of a floating city in Kalimalang-Bekasi, near the West Bekasi Toll Gate. The project is the first mixed-use project of PP Properti, designed by the Development Design Group, comprising more than 25 towers which will integrate a residential area, a mall, office towers, a hotel and convention spaces. The current ongoing construction of the project is Isabella Tower which will be ready in 2021.
