The Transportation Minister Budi Karya Sumadi aims to operate the first phase Patimban Port in November or December 2020. In this phase, the port will operate with the capacity of 250,000 teus and 25 hectares of vehicle terminal for the export of 218,000 vehicles from the total of 7 million teus capacity. Currently, the port is under the finalization and prequalification phase.
