Paramount Land to Develop Hudson Square @ Manhattan District Mall in Gading Serpong

Gading Serpong City in Banten to invest Rp350 billion in developing Hudson Square @ Manhattan District Mall in Gading Serpong area. This project will reside on a total land area of 2.75 hectares and is aimed to be the latest magnet and epicentrum of social interactions in the style of urban Classic America, or New York Style. The project is aimed to be completed in 24 months, comprising three stories with the Net Leasable Area (NLA) of 21,000 square meters with the Manhattan Bridge, which is inspired by the Brooklyn Bridge, and water feature at the entrance as the main icons.
