PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) or Paradise Indonesia is optimistic to achieve higher recurring income in 2025 by continuing the development of mixed use projects. To support this expansion plan, INPP has allocated Rp1 trillion in capital expenditure. In the same year, INPP will operate two new projects, namely Antasari Place (Jakarta) with the plan for hand over in the first semester of 2025 and the extension of 23 Pascal Shopping Center (Bandung) with the plan to operate in the second semester of 2025.
