Pakuwon Jati Achieves Rp7.11 Trillion in 2025 Net Revenue

PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) recorded Ro7.11 trillion in net revenue in 2025, increasing by 7% from Rp6.67 trillion in the previous year. The growth in net revenue was supported by its recurring revenue from the retail shopping center segment, which recorded 14% increase from Rp3.43 trillion to Rp3.93 trillion. However, its marketing sales declined by 16% yoy to Rp1.3 trillion in 2025, reaching only 72% of its target.
