PT Wiwoa Miti Karya Batam will develop an integrated project named One Avenue Batam on a total land area of 520,000 square meters in two phases. In the first phase, four apartment towers and one office tower will be developed and sold with a strata-title ownership under pure Right to Build. Currently, the marketing sales of two apartment towers, namely The South Condo and The Residence have reached 40%.
