MRT Prepares 7 TOD in Jakarta

PT MRT Jakarta is preparing seven Transit Oriented Development (TOD) projects across six Jakarta locations, including Kali Besar Heritage, XGL Mixed-Use, Ultimate Development Blok M, Lebak Bulus Park and Ride, Thamrin Asset Development, Extended Concourse Bundaran HI, and Dukuh Atas Pedestrian Deck. The projects focus on property development and interconnectivity to create integrated, sustainable urban areas. They were presented to potential Japanese investors at the Indonesia-Japan Infrastructure and Transportation Forum in Tokyo.
