PT MRT Jakarta and PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) will establish a joint venture named Integrasi Transit Jakarta (ITJ) to develop areas around Blok M-Asean, Fatmawati, Lebak Bulus, Dukuh Atas and Istora Mandiri Stations to be Transit Oriented Development (TOD) areas. The areas around Blok M-Asean, Fatmawati and Lebak Bulus stations will be prioritized as the development designs have been approved by the Jakarta Provincial Government. The development will start from the establishment of ITJ for the next 20 years.
