MRT Jakarta Extended Concourse Progress Reaches 21.46%

PT MRT Jakarta, through its subsidiary PT Integrasi Transit Jakarta (ITJ), develop an underground multipurpose space or extended concourse. The project is aimed to support MRT Jakarta rideship following the development of Phase 2 MRT Jakarta which is expected to serve more than 6,000 passengers in each station. As of July 2026, the project worth Rp200 billion with the total floor area of 4,439 square meters has reached 21.46% completion. The project is funded from developers’ plot ratio (KLB) compensation and is aimed to be completed in May 2027.
