Modernland Realty Achieves Rp1.65 Trillion Marketing Sales in 2025

PT Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN) recorded Rp1.65 trillion marketing sales in 2025, growing 49.7% from the last year’s. The industrial segment became the largest contributor with 45% of the total sales, followed by the residential segment at 43.94%, and the remaining by the hospitality and other segment. MDLN also recorded its business revenue at Rp1.01 trillion in 2025 with its current net profit recorded at Rp241.12 billion, growing 134.9% from net loss of Rp931.98 billion in 2024.
