Modernland Realty Achieves 834.13% Net Profit Increase in 3Q-2025

As of the third quarter of 2025, PT Modernland Realty Tbk recorded its marketing sales at Rp1.32 trillion, or 71% of its non-bulk sales target. Meanwhile, the company’s revenue was at Rp703.43 billion, declining by 1.24% from the same period last year, however its business profit increased by 834.13% to Rp73.61 billion from Rp78.32 billion in the third quarter of 2024. Meanwhile its net profit was recorded at Rp444.60 billion or increasing by 367.87% from net loss of Rp165.98 billion recorded in the same period last year.
