Mitsubishi Corporation through its subsidiary PT Diamond Development, has just signed a joint venture agreement with PT Sirius Surya Sentosa to develop a mixed use property named Vasanta Innopark with investment value of US$700 million or Rp9,8 trillion in MM2100, Cibitung, Bekasi, West Java on 11 hectares of land area. In the joint venture, Mitsubishi shares are 49% and Sirius Sentosa shares are 51%. This year, Mitsubishi has allocated Rp1.5 trillion to fund the construction of Vasanta Innopark.
