PT Metropolitan Land Tbk. (MTLA) recorded 0.26% yoy decline in revenue to Rp365.50 billion in the first quarter of 2025. Previously, MTLA recorded Rp366.45 billion in the first quarter of 2024. Its gross profit was recorded at Rp205.10 billion in the first quarter of 2025 or declining by 0.93% from Rp207.05 billion in the first quarter of 2024. MTLA recorded its net profit at Rp75.30 billion in the first quarter of 2025 or increasing by 7.93% from Rp69.77 billion in the first quarter of 2024.
