PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA) is optimistic with the prospect in 2025 in the property sector as the Government Bourn Value Added Tax (PPN DTP) incentive is continued. Additional supporting factors including the growing public’s purchasing power, lower interest rate, promotion from developers as well as the tax incentive extension. Several products which are currently promoted and will be launched are Walden in Metland Transyogi, type White Rose in Metland Menteng and several other residential and shophouse products in Metland Cibitung and Metland Cikarang.
