Metropolitan Land Achieves Rp1.34 Trillion in Marketing Sales

PT Metropolitan Land Tbk. (MTLA) achieved Rp1.34 trillion in marketing sales as of September 2025, or 67% of its annual target of Rp2 trillion. Most of this achievement was contributed by the sales in landed house units in Metland Transyogi, Metland Cikarang, and Metland Cibitung. Furthermore, its net profit attributable to the holding entity was recorded at Rp232 billion.
