PT Metropolitan Land Tbk. (MTLA) aims for Rp1.18 trillion in its marketing sales this year. To achieve this target, it launched the Oxalis Cluster Metland Puri, residing on a total land area of 1.3-hectare with unit prices starting from Rp900 million. In the first phase, 56 units will be constructed by adopting the concept of a compact urban living. Furthermore, MTLA also aims for Rp1.6 trillion in its recurring income this year.
